Beechcraft King Air Parts & Sourcing

Parts for the Beechcraft King Air, sourced and documented.
Send us a part number. You get back the condition, the paperwork that comes with it, the price, and the lead time — in writing, the same business day. If we cannot get the part, we tell you that day instead of leaving you waiting on a callback that never comes.
We work the King Air 90, 100, 200, and 300 series. That is the whole focus. We are not trying to be a catalogue for every airframe flying, so when you call about a King Air part you are talking to someone who knows the aircraft and can read the parts catalogue with you.
Do not have a part number? Give us the model, serial, and what the thing does. We will work it back through the illustrated parts catalogue and confirm the number before anything is quoted.

Request a QuoteAOG calls are answered first, ahead of the quote queue.
Grouped by ATA chapter, the way the parts catalogue is organised. This is the work we take on, not a stock list — every part is sourced and quoted to your specific request, with eligibility confirmed before the quote goes out.

Beech 1900, 1900C and 1900D share type certificate A24CE with the 200 and 300 series. Some parts cross, many do not — particularly on the 1900D, whose fuselage differs. Ask and we will check the effectivity before quoting.
You send the request
Part number if you have it. If you do not, give us the model, serial number, and a description of the part or the figure and item from the parts catalogue. Photographs of the data plate help.
We confirm eligibility
Before anything is quoted we check the part number against the illustrated parts catalogue for your serial number. Effectivity on these airframes is not uniform, and a number that fits one serial range does not always fit the next.
You get a written quote
Condition, the exact paperwork that will accompany the part, unit price, and lead time. Same business day. If we cannot source it, you get told that day.
You approve, we ship
Purchase order or card. Freight to suit the urgency. AOG moves ahead of everything else in the queue.
Paperwork travels with the part
The documentation described in the quote ships in the box. Nothing arrives as a surprise, and nothing arrives undocumented.
Every quote states the condition code and the exact documents that will ship with the part. These are the codes we use and what each one means.
| Code | Condition | What It Means |
|---|---|---|
| NE | New | Never installed, from the production source, in original packaging. |
| NS | New Surplus | Never installed, released from a distributor or operator stock, with trace to its source. |
| OH | Overhauled | Overhauled by a repair station to the manufacturer's manual and released on an FAA Form 8130-3. |
| SV | Serviceable | Inspected and approved for return to service by a repair station, released on an FAA Form 8130-3. |
| RP | Repaired | Repaired to a serviceable condition and released by the repair station that performed the work. |
| INSP | Inspected | Bench or visual inspection performed and documented, without an overhaul. |
| AR | As Removed | Removed from an airframe, not yet inspected, no airworthiness release. Sold as-is with removal traceability and priced accordingly. |
Our rule on documentation
We do not sell parts we cannot document. If a part carries no airworthiness release, the quote says so plainly, states what trace does exist, and prices it as an as-removed part. You will never be sent a part whose paperwork is weaker than what you agreed to buy. Determining whether a part is eligible for installation on your aircraft remains the responsibility of the installer and the person returning the aircraft to service.
We buy King Air and Beechcraft material outright. Send a list with part numbers, quantities, condition, and whatever paperwork exists. Photographs of data plates and tags are worth more than descriptions.
Small lots are fine. If a shelf has been sitting since the last shop move, that is exactly the kind of material we are looking for. We will tell you what is worth money and what is not, and we will say so even when the answer is that the lot is not worth shipping.
